This is a nice older cookie jar made by McCoy Pottery, America's largest producer of figural cookie jars. This cookie jar was produced in the 1960's and was a nostalgic look back to the days of the old oak water bucket and a simpler country lifestyle.

This cookie jar shows the wonderful workmanship and detail achieved by the McCoy pottery. The piece displays beautifully, and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The cookie jar measures about 9 1/2 inches tall and is about 7 1/2 inches in diameter
