This beautiful dinnerware set was produced in the 1940's by Homer Laughlin.  The pattern features a floral spray with a peony, a gold band and a gold ribbon border.

This set consists of 47 pieces:  6 berry bowls, 12 coupe soup bowls, 6 bread and butter plates, 10 dinner plates, 3 cups, 6 saucers, a 12" oval platter, a 15 1/2" oval platter, a gravy pitcher and a cream pitcher.

There are 3 complete 6 piece place settings.  Pieces are available on EBay and Replacements if you want to make more place settings.

There are no chips or cracks in any of the pieces.  There are some light utensil marks on some of the pieces.
Homer Laughlin China Company, makers of the popular Fiesta brand dishware, first opened pottery-firing kilns in East Liverpool, Ohio, in 1874.

The company, one of the few remaining American dish manufacturers still in operation, produces dinnerware for restaurants and the home and hosts visitor tours twice every weekday.
